SPEAKERS: Walid Bouchakour, Yale University
This event will focus on millenial writers and their treatment of a variety of topics from the War of Independence, to postcolonialism, transnationalism, the nation, migration, religion, gender.
Walid Bouchakour grew up in Algeria. He is currently a doctoral student at Yale University writing his dissertation on new voices in Algerian literature.
